October will be an exciting month for the Air Force. We will be continuing our focus of building the foundations of our skill set. Each major skill set will be broken down and taught with simple, specific methods to ensure that we are following a logical progressions as we learn these skills.  The major focus will be on passing, head puck control and skating. We will also be having position specific practices so everyone can focus on building skills specific to their individual position that might have been over-looked in the past.

September was a great month for us, we had a lot of energy and dedication to the program. When every player buys in and commitment levels are high we see huge gains in everyone’s progress. It will be hard but we need to keep this focus level high and keep pushing each other. I look forward to seeing great results at the end of the month.
